I loved the spacious king room with a dresser and sofa and found the location to be tranquil, with responsive staff, and a convenient half-mile distance to the airport.

Convenient location around here. It’s pretty close to Moe's Southwest Grill, and we ended up eating there a couple of times. The restaurant was really good for dinner and we enjoyed it a lot! 🍽️

The location here is great, you can easily walk to the Patterson Ice Center. The hotel is situated in a nice area, which is a bonus. The beds are super comfortable and the room is pretty spacious. 😊

I was initially concerned about my reservation being upheld, but the staff at Courtyard Grand Rapids Airport proved to be extremely helpful and accommodating. Despite a mix-up with my reservation, they quickly found a solution and booked me a room at a nearby hotel. Even though it wasn't the same standard as Marriott, I appreciated their effort to ensure my safety and comfort. The front desk staff was warm and inviting, and the bistro staff provided excellent service. Their friendliness and willingness to go the extra mile made my stay pleasant. I was impressed with the staff's dedication to customer service. I would recommend this hotel for their excellent service.

Located at West 28th street exit from I 96, the hotel is very close to the airport. The recently updated Bistro and delicious breakfast options make dining a pleasure. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and equipped with refrigerators, ensuring a convenient stay for guests.
